Little Vegas Lies is a band from West Yorkshire that I discovered thanx to...... Instagram!!!! Yes this great Iphone Photography Application can, also, be helpful to discover some new music!!! I know I was the 1st one to be surprise!!!
Little Vegas Lies is formed by :
Steven McNamara at the Guitar and Backing vocals
Simon Moore at the Vocals and acoustic guitar

They formed in the middle of 2010 after the Lead singer Simon and the guitarist, Steven had a discussion about the state of the music industry at that time.
This resulted with the conclusion that music has ‘lost its soul’.
Simon and Steven are both of them the songwriters of all their songs.
The band self-funded their first EP ‘A Truth Not Far Away’. ( That you can buy on Itunes )After the hard work they done, they received an invitation from BBC Introducing to perform a live session with Alan Raw on BBC Leeds, this live performance helped them to increase the number of fans on their bands profile.
Their second EP "Domino" will be released very soon! In December the 12th to be precise. With this new EP, the band
keep on spreading "messages against the current music trend which is dominated by urban, R&B and dance music"
In their influences, the band named : The Smiths, Oasis, Stone Roses, Interpol, The Twilight Sad, I Am Kloot, The Verve, AC/DC, Led Zeppellin, The Who, Manic Street Preachers....
I would define their music as pop-rock/Brit Rock.
